Donning the do part 1

Donning the do is a quick process. It is important to do it correctly since the do easily comes off during rigorous practice if donned incorrectly.


do

From a seated position, place the do over your chest.


do

Bring the top left string, or munehimo over the right shoulder.


do

Place the string into the loop on the do (also known as the mune chichigawa.


do

Place the munehimo around and through.


do

Tighten the munehimo.


do
