Egg Relay

Standard egg relay with an egg, a spoon, and a marker. The only difference is that the spoon is tied to the end of a shinai. Be careful not to damage the shinai when tying the spoon to the shinai.

Make sure to use either ribbon or string. Do NOT use adhesives. Among other things, adhesives are harmful to the bamboo and will shorten the life of any shinai.
